Turnkey digital integration

A proven three-stage method.
1. Scoping
Initial 30-minute discussion to understand context, constraints and objectives. We then send you a written scoping note detailing scope, deliverables and a budget estimate.
2. Milestone-based delivery
Advisory mission, integration or R&D: we deliver in stages with formal review at each milestone. You only settle validated deliverables. Weekly follow-up, real-time access to artefacts.
3. Go-live & handover
Complete documentation, training of your teams, knowledge transfer. You then choose the operating mode: internal takeover, managed run by our team, or a combination of both.

Your data, models and systems remain in Africa. Infrastructure hosted in Dakar, operated by local teams. BCEAO, WAEMU, CEMAC and GDPR compliance guaranteed.
03 · Selectivity
We decline projects without a clear purpose.
Every engagement begins with formal scoping. We decline projects that lack a scale-up plan or demonstrated business value, even when budget is available.
04 · Delivery
Operational deliverables, systematic knowledge transfer.
Delivery by milestones with formal review, complete documentation, training of internal teams. Each mission ends with a knowledge transfer, not an isolated final deliverable.
